An educational radio contact is planned with Mohammad Bin Rashid Space Centre, Dubai, UAE, direct via A68MBR.

The ISS callsign is presently scheduled to be OR4ISS and the scheduled crewmember is Sultan Al Neyadi KI5VTV,  the ARISS mentor is ON6TI.  Contact is go for: Friday 31 Marc 2023, 08:49:06 UTC, 72 deg.; downlink signals from ISS  will be audible over areas within the ISS footprint on 145.800 MHz narrowband FM.  RX only!
